TERMS & CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRIPLE DRAGON CANADA Limited Warranty: The products distributed by Triple Dragon Canada are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer warrants all of its products to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase. If, at any time during the warranty period, the product has a defect in workmanship or material, manufacturer shall repair or replace it (at manufacturer’s option) within a reasonable period of time. The boxes or outside packing of the products that have been damaged or torn during transit do not qualify for credit or replacement at all. When you have been shipped your product and during any time of the warranty period has a defect in workmanship or material, than you have to ship it back to the manufacturer on your own cost. WARNING: When you buy a receiver from Triple Dragon Canada, your receiver will be sold to you with the latest software and firmware available at the time when the unit is manufactured. Triple Dragon Canada does not support third-party software, and if used, it will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that receiver software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty but may make your receiver inoperable, File transfer errors are entirely the user’s responsibility and Triple Dragon Canada is not responsible for any problems that may result. Only official software and upgrades available from the manufacturer can be used with your receiver. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with the products sold by Triple Dragon Canada. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) POLICY: Before sending your faulty product bought at Triple Dragon Canada to the manufacturer during the warranty period the customer must phone and speak to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will provide you with an RMA number that you will need to fill out the RMA REQUEST FORM, which is on www.tripledragon.ca. The customer must also include a copy of the original invoice and a brief description of the problem. As we have mentioned before the manufacturer does not cover any fees of transportation and shipping. PRIVACY: We respect your privacy and any information collected by us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be rented, sold, loaned, disclosed, or reused. The information given will be utmost cared for and will not be used in ways you have not consented to. LEGAL DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Triple Dragon Canada is not responsible to anyone for any loss of damage occasioned by, or arising out of the improper or illegal use of products distributed by Triple Dragon Canada. In no event whatsoever, shall Triple Dragon Canada be liable for any form of indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not being limited to, any loss of profits or loss of business, as a result of any breach of the terms hereof by the User/Buyer or any third party. Any equipment provided by Triple Dragon Canada is intended for legitimate usage only. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with all laws when using these products. It is a criminal offence to illegally access encrypted satellite signals. If you are using illegitimate methods to watch a pay television signal without compensating its owner, then you could be in violation of one or more laws, and may be subject to prosecution under the laws of your country. The buyer of Triple Dragon Canada distributed products agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Triple Dragon Canada, or its employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, and legal costs, brought against Triple Dragon Canada in connection with any use or improper use of Triple Dragon Canada distributed products by the Buyer/User or a third party. TERMS OF USE & DECLARATION OF INTENT: The end-users of Triple Dragon Canada distributed products need to read and agree to the Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent. The sale of our product is contingent upon these terms. The user of Triple Dragon Canada distributed products agrees to the terms below. I, the user, understand that certain satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of satellite television services. I, hereby declare that I understand that the law provides for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of satellite television services, and that I will not use Triple Dragon Canada distributed products in any way whatsoever to intercept any satellite television signal without proper authorization from the local satellite service provider and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws. I, hereby declare that by purchasing products from Triple Dragon Canada, I agree to all of the above TERMS AND CONDITIONS listed.
